We are excited to announce the opening of CX Modena | Crocetta (Via Fanti), scheduled for September 2025: a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed to become a landmark in the city of Modena.
The new CX will rise on two towers: Tower A (7 floors) and Tower B (6 floors), offering a total of 366 beds, dedicated to students and young people with long-stay and short-stay solutions.

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER'S TO DO LIST:
- You will report directly to the Resident Manager
- You will support the Resident Manager in monitoring the KPIs of the structure
- You will coordinate Front Office resources, plan and organise work shifts and the distribution of staff
- You will be responsible for the correct functioning of all work shifts in reception and contribute to the achievement of all objectives (quantitative and qualitative) of the structure
- You will check daily the correctness of check-in, check-out invoices issued and cash closing procedures
- You will manage complaints and withdrawals
- You will check final balances of work carried out by external companies (cleaning)
- You will manage reports and extractions from the management system and also support the verification activities requested by the Resident Manager or Head Office
- You will ensure continuous compliance with CX Service Standards and support the implementation of new procedures by of new procedures by communicating them carefully and promptly to the entire Front Office
- Together with your team, you will manage and supervise the internal bar - cafeteria area
- You will directly deal with active billing relating to the reversal of utilities for companies that lease space within the structure
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree
- Ability to organise, manage staff and work in a team
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (knowledge of Mews will be considered a plus)
- Previous experience in the hotel sector as FOM or Shift Leader
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus)
