We are looking for a Maintenance & Property Manager for the North-East Area!
You will be in charge of the facilities already open in Trieste and Venice and those opening in Modena (September 2025) and Bologna (2026) and will be able to make a difference in a fast-growing context, bringing expertise and ideas.

MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY MANAGER NORTHEAST AREA TO DO LIST:
- You will follow the preparation and analysis of maintenance tenders for all our North Area facilities
- You will define and coordinate the execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance plans, in coordination with the Resident/General Manager of each of the facilities concerned, and interfacing with the external providers involved.
- You will verify best practice interventions and safety standards.
- You will elaborate the need for interventions to be carried out in the facilities, useful for budget formulation.
- You will verify the completeness of the technical-administrative documentation necessary for the execution of the works, following the process up to the final acceptance of the works and validating the progress reports and the approval of the invoices/payments.
- You will prepare periodic property management reports as a technical interface with the various properties.
- You will organise quarterly inspections at the sites for checks of all ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
- You will interface with the RSPP with regard to occupational safety, fire prevention and all activities related to legal terms (earthing checks, fire prevention certification, etc.).
- You will interface with the various departments to solve critical issues and prepare improvement actions.
- You will participate in the Handover and Opening projects of the new facilities in the North-East area
- You will interface with the energy manager to check internal processes and procedures in order to improve the energy management of our facilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma and/or degree in architecture and/or engineering
- Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations and ability to organise work
- Experience of 5 to 7 years in a similar role required
- Mastery of the main KPIs of the maintenance function
- Proactivity and sense of responsibility
- Aptitude for problem solving
- Use of Office and Cad package
- Willingness to travel frequently
Working place: Bologna. Until the opening of the structure, scheduled for the third quarter of 2026, the reference office will be Modena.
