The new CX will offer 75 hotel rooms, 11 hostel dorms, 800 square metres of co-working area and a campus of 267 rooms, designed to promote networking and productivity.
With a second structure already planned in Naples, we are looking for a Sales Manager who wants to get involved in a fast-growing project, enhancing the development of our company in central and southern Italy.

SALES MANAGER TO DO LIST
- You will report to the Head of Sales & Distribution and contribute to the success of the company's commercial strategies
- You will develop and consolidate the corporate, agency/tour operator and MICE client portfolio in the hotel sector.
- You will evaluate opportunities in the marketplace, consistent with the product and brand strategy.
- You will manage contracting activities with clients.
- You will draft and prepare commercial reports.
- You will contribute to the development and promotion of our co-working areas, integrating their potential into commercial and sales strategies.
- You will collaborate with the Marketing & Communication department to promote the company's products and services.
- You will participate in the opening process of new facilities, ensuring effective supervision of commercial activities (market study, identification of opportunities, etc.).
- You will follow the scouting, negotiation, acquisition and development of new customers, following the process in all its phases.
- You will promote the operational implementation of events and initiatives in the structure in coordination with other company structures.
- Interfacing with the structures involved, you will monitor the progress of the commercial initiatives launched .
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree
Previous experience as Sales Manager in hotel chains or new hybrid hospitality businesses.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English essential, knowledge of a second language preferable.
Excellent knowledge of the Office package. Knowledge of the main hotel software such as Mews, Opera or Protel will be a plus.
Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
Knowledge of the main budgeting and pricing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, customer orientation, analytical skills and problem solving.
