  • The building, which once housed an INPS office, now becomes a perfect example of hybrid-hospitality: the project for this campus will combine a long-stay component dedicated to students and young professionals with short-stay solutions of a different nature, all enhanced by numerous common spaces and coworking areas in perfect CX style. CXNaples | Centrale will become the new hub of the urban panorama, with a total of 249 student rooms divided into different types of accommodation (studio and coliving), 75 hotel rooms and 11 hostel rooms, in an overlayering of textures, materials, contrasts and overwhelming colours. A continuous mix and match of irreverent patterns, metals and material volumes, designed to recreate a Mediterranean atmosphere, rich and energetic as only Naples and the new generations know how to be.
